Q: Dear Gale,
I have used your fantastic products for years and my Desert Island product i cannot live without is your Total Skin Toner Freshener & Firmer.
I ordered 3 large bottles online in May of last year from Direct Cosmetics in the UK but i cannot find this product available now in the UK ANYWHERE!
Could you please tell me why this is so as i am desperate to re-stock. I note you have this item only available on your website but hope you appreciate that if i order from you direct it will cost me a small fortune in shipping.
Will you be shipping again to UK stockists soon or is this item going to be discontined?

Q: Hello,
I have recently discovered your products and am thrilled with them, in particular youth lift plus; I don't leave the house without it!
My only concern is that I can seem to apply foundation after using it, no matter how long I leave between applying the youth lift then the foundation. The foundation seems to make the youth lift go bitty and come off. Please help because despite youth lift being fab I would still like to be able to wear foundation.
